Since 2009 to current SAWA has managed to serve over 250,000 people through services implemented
- Solar pump project in Dar es Salaam (Implemented from (October 2009 to September 2011)
- Support Kindwitwi Hamlets in Rufiji (Coast) to access safe water (Implemented 2010)
- School WASH project in Kinondoni – funded by Rotary Club Dar es Salaam (Implemented 2010)
- Community clean Water supply, Improvement of Sanitation, Hygiene and Live hood projects in Kilosa Morogoro Region ( in 6 villages of Mvumi, Magubike,Rudewa, Twatwatwa, Mbwade, and Maguha (Implemented from 2012 to 2015)
- School Water Sanitation and Hygiene (SWASH) in 22schools in Temeke Dar es Salaam (Implemented from 2012 to 2015)
- Community and school WASH services in four wards of Matamba division in Makete district, the project covers 7 primary schools and 10 villages. ( Implemented from 2015 to July 2016)
- COWSOs formation and training in Mkuranga (Coast), Fit for school pilot in 10 schools Temeke,
- Drip kit Irrigation in Ilala and Temeke (Implemented December 2010 – March 2011)
- Sanitation demand creation under UMATA program in three districts (Kongwa, Bahi and Chamwino) in Dodoma.( from 2014 to 2017)
- Fit for school pilot project in 16 schools in Temeke Municipality (2015 to 2016)
- Temeke Consolidation project- Kilakala, Yombo, and Kibombemaji
